QPR & Tottenham’s Harry Kane
A brilliant story was told by Nedum Onuoha on BBC radio on Sunday.
Now 31-years-old, the former Man City defender is plying his trade for QPR in the Championship.
And according to Onuoha, the story around Loftus Road is that QPR once had the chance to sign Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
Onuoha claimed that when Harry Redknapp was the QPR manager, Rangers had the option to close a deal for Kane.
QPR felt that the striker wasn’t clinical enough in front of goal so they passed.
What a terrible decision!
Hindsight's an incredible thing… 😬😂

Tottenham 1 – Arsenal 0
Tottenham boosted their own top four hopes with a north London derby win at Wembley on Saturday. And, simultaneously left Arsenal in a world of worry about their league position.
Spurs moved up to third with the victory and can now look forward to the rest of the season, Champions League and FA Cup, with renewed optimism.
For Arsenal it now looks like being a case of putting their eggs in the basket of the Europa League, in order to seal a spot in the Champions League next season.
Harry Kane does it again!
Some Arsenal fans ridiculed Harry Kane when he first emerged on the scene.
It seems unlikely that any Gooners doubt the Spurs striker these days, thanks to his record breaking exploits and consistent goals against Arsenal.
Kane simply loves playing against the Arsenal, a club he was released from as an 8-year-old.
On Saturday, Kane’s latest winner for Spurs versus Arsenal came in the 49th minute. From a Ben Davies cross.
