Known as the “teflon president,” the 75-year-old Jacob Zuma was first elected in 2009. Sympathetic West Ham boss David Moyes has explained that he understands why signing Patrice Evra kicked a fan whilst playing for Marseille. The Frenchman was set to play in the Europa League for the Ligue 1 outfit before an incident before the game.
