Teen Accused of Filming Utah Girl's Suicide Can Stand Trial: '[It's] Like Getting Away With Murder'

Entertainment
A Utah man who allegedly helped a 16-year-old girl hang herself and then filmed the suicide was found mentally competent to stand trial on a murder charge, PEOPLE confirms. Judge James Brady made the ruling in the Fourth District Court in Provo on Tuesday in the case of 18-year-old Tyerell Przybycien. Przybycien was also found competent to stand trial on the misdemeanor charge of failure to report the finding of a dead human body. The judge’s decision came after defense attorneys asked for a mental evaluation to be conducted on Przybycien. Everyone makes the same comment about Romelu Lukaku vs Sevilla

Sports
Missed chance Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku comes in for a huge amount of stick at times, and many people can’t wait but to get on his case when he misses a chance, and the comment he’s only decent against the bottom sides in the Premier League keeps being said. Against Sevilla, he had a brilliant chance to make it 1-0 and get a key away goal, but he failed to do so and couldn’t keep the ball down, skying it and being compared to a rugby player by some people. There are of course another 45 minutes for United to get a goal or at least provide something for their fans to cheer about, but at the minute, they’ve been lacking, and even with Paul Pogba coming on, they’ve not been good enough, and it seems that David De Gea once again had to keep them in t...

Students across Florida walked out in a wave of demonstrations against guns on Wednesday, the day after the Florida House blocked an assault weapon ban (but took action against pornography). But it’s not just Florida. The activist survivors of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School have inspired something big.  A CNN anchor described the “sea of students who have walked out of their high schools” in Broward County:  xStudents in Miami-Dade and Broward counties are walking out of school to protest for gun reform. Entertainment
Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel has a new girlfriend, and it doesn’t look like she’ll be BFFs with ex Kathryn Dennis, the mother of his children, anytime soon. The two women go at it in the season 5 trailer for the hit reality show, which returns to Bravo in April. “I want you to know, you’ve crossed the line. And as a mother, f— you,” Dennis tells Ravenel’s girlfriend Ashley, who met Ravenel — and their daughter Kensie, 4, and son Saint, 2½ — last May and relocated to Charleston a week later to be with him. They won’t be the only two in heated battle. Craig Conover and ex-girlfriend Naomie Olindo are trying to maintain a friendship after their breakup, which doesn’t always go as planned. “You will never, ever, ever, ever, ever be accountable for anything,” she tells him. “You will alwa
